Using the right equipment coupled with talent is what creates a professional they say, and I cannot disagree more with that statement. I have seen so many fanatics as they say they are using the most expensive and most sophisticated of equipment in the paintball worlds, but they all fall short of expectations when it comes to tactics and play in the field. It is quite fun to hear people commenting sometimes on certain equipment like “this is not as good as they say it is” when in fact it is the user’s skill which is in question. Same goes for those who comment that the Tippmann flatline barrel system is “not good” when in fact Tippmann package as a whole has helped my team win so many war games.

When our department manager asked for some suggestions for our next team building activity, I recommended paintball to them since it would be a good way to relieve the stress in the office. Since I was the one who suggested it, our department manager assigned the task to me. I was in charge of finding the suitable venue, equipment rental, etc. I have had some experience paintballing but, I have yet to organize an event for a whole department. I went through a couple of the paintball forums that I usually visit and asked for some help. Fortunately there was one paintball forum wherein I was able to find all the information that I needed. After our team building, everybody wanted to do paintball for the next team building session!
